GMG Stretch session
Let go of tension and give your body the recovery it deserves with a hands-on Assisted Stretch Session. This fully guided experience helps improve flexibility, relieve back pain, reduce muscle stiffness, and enhance overall mobility—all while you simply breathe and relax.
Through passive stretching, I do the work for you, gently guiding your body into deep, effective stretches that target tight muscles, release built-up tension, and promote better movement. Whether you're looking to ease daily aches, recover from workouts, or just feel lighter and more refreshed, this session is designed to help you move better and feel better.
All you have to do is show up, breathe, and let go—I'll take care of the rest!
